Community Integration Supports
Support to take part in community life: classes, clubs, art, sports, volunteering and friendships, in the same places everyone goes.
In short
- We go out into the community with you.
- You can join classes, clubs, teams and groups, and make friends.
- You choose what to try. We help you get there and feel at home.
- In SDP, this is service code 331. Your spending plan pays for it.
