In short

We keep information about the people we support private.
Our forms collect only what we need to reply and to provide services.
We share information only when you say yes, or when the law requires it.
Our website tools save your work on your own device. They don't send it to us.

Information we collect

Forms. When you use our forms (like Get Started, Feedback or the professional referral form), we receive what you type, such as names, contact details, city, and the kind of support you're interested in. Form messages are delivered to the Amelio Services email inbox (admin@amelioservices.com) through our web host, Netlify, or through your own email app if you choose to send by email. We keep them in the private records of Amelio Services, not on the website.
Service records. If you receive services, we keep records like your service agreement, session notes and invoices. California law requires us to keep service records for at least three years.
Website tools. The planner, the SDP Journey, your dashboard and the other tools store your answers and saved items in your own browser (local storage) so you can come back later. That information stays on your device, and Amelio Services cannot see it. Backup files you save are yours to keep or share. Use the clear buttons on shared computers.

To improve our services, using feedback you choose to share

When we share it

Information about people who receive developmental services is confidential under California law (Welfare and Institutions Code section 4514). We share it only:

With your permission, for example with your Independent Facilitator, service coordinator or family
With your FMS, as needed to be paid for the services in your spending plan
When the law requires it, such as reporting suspected abuse or neglect, or responding to a valid legal request

We never sell personal information.

How we protect it

We limit who can see records, use secure accounts, and ask you not to put medical details on our website forms. We'll talk about anything private in person.

This website

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our web host may keep standard technical logs. When you send a form, your message travels securely (HTTPS) to our web host, Netlify, which emails it to Amelio Services. Netlify's privacy policy also applies. There are no accounts or sign-ins on this website.
