Is SDP a good fit for me?

SDP lets you choose providers, including people and businesses that aren't regional center vendors.

With an employer FMS model, you can hire your own workers. Some family members can be paid, with limits.

SDP can help you build services around your schedule, interests and goals.

If not, that's okay. An Independent Facilitator, your circle of support, or funded coaching after orientation can help.

Your FMS sends a monthly statement. Someone you trust can review it with you.

SDP services must support community life, and you choose when and where.

SCDD offers sessions monthly in English and Spanish, and other languages on request.

In SDP you can change your spending plan during the year, with approval.
